"Toby" ventures across the 'tazman' to Glentress Kennels for a holiday. Thanks to Marilyn, Debbie and Katrina Adams. "Toby" has begun his Australian campaign with vigour collecting a few 'in group' awards and is nearly 3/4 of the way to his Australian Title in just a few months. ..... and he is not even 3 years of age!

"MacKenzee" belongs to the Hayden family and along with his 'carer' Gabrielle, won Best In Show at the Dominion Collie Club Ch.Show - judge Mr A Goodwin (Victoria)! What is even more remarkable, is that "MacKenzee" is just 14 months of age! "Mac" is now halfway to his NZ Championship title with limited showing Well done Gab and "Mac", and thanks to Dom, Wylliam and Joel for supporting Gab with her handling.

GRAND CHILD NUMBER 10 - for Judy and Pieter ! 
On 4th February 2008, Skylah Abbey Vos-Butler was born in Victoria, Australia - Judy and Pieter's 10th grandchild! She weighed 7lb 6 oz and is a sister for Jonty and Anneke.

"Taz" gains his Australian Championship title in April with two 25 point BOB wins. "Taz" is aged just 2.5 years so a great achievement to have completed both his NZ and Aust Championship Titles at such a young age. We feel the future is bright for this young star..

"BJ" has had a busy couple of months, first completing the first leg towards his Herding Instinct Certificate (HIC). Secondly he completed his CCD obedience title with his first pass on 15th April (90/100 points and a 3rd placing) and his second pass on 30th April! Congratulations to Kevin (his co-owner in Sydney, Australia who trials "BJ" in obedience) and Kerrie his mum who trials "BJ" in herding.

- TNS testing - We have begun DNA testing of all our breeding stock for TNS. This follows on from our DNA testing for CEA and CL. We also hipscore all our dogs before breeding. Results of all health tests done to date will be posted on individual pages under "Our Dogs" for each dog tested.
